Sepedi is the managing director and founder of the law firm which was founded in the year 2009. Mr Ledwaba holds an LLB Degree from the University of Limpopo and he was admitted as an Attorney of the High Court of the Republic of South Africa in the year 2007.

He served his articles of clerkship for a period of 2 years wherein he was exposed to personal injury claims against the Road Accident Fund.

He has worked for prestigious organizations such as the Road Accident Fund and the City of Johannesburg and he possesses experience in various fields of law with speciality in personal injury claims.

The Firm has been in successful operation for a period of 13 years and only deals with personal injury claims which includes civil litigation.

Nonhlanhla joined the firm as a Professional Assistant in 2025. She is an admitted Attorney of the High Court of South Africa 2016 with over nine years’ post-admission experience in litigation, with a particular focus on third-party compensation matters, including Road Accident Fund (RAF) claims
She obtained her Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from the University of South Africa in 2012. Upon completing her articles of clerkship and successfully passing all four board examinations, she was duly admitted and enrolled as an Attorney of the High Court.
Her professional experience includes the management of complex personal injury matters, legal research and analysis, drafting of pleadings and various court documents, preparation of trial bundles, consultation with clients and experts, and conducting settlement negotiations. She is skilled in ensuring that matters are trial-ready and in formulating litigation strategies tailored to each case. Nonhlanhla is recognised for her diligence, strong analytical ability, sound legal judgement, and consistent commitment to efficient service delivery. She conducts herself with professionalism, integrity, and a dedicated focus on achieving favourable outcomes for clients. She remains committed to advancing excellence in legal practice and delivering client-centred, results-driven litigation services.

Sandra matriculated in the year 2004 and holds a  National Diploma in Legal Assistance which she obtained in the year 2009 from Tshwane University of Technology. She also holds a litigate to win Certificate from the Law Society of South Africa which she obtained in the year 2013. She has 12  years litigation experience in the legal industry. Sandra joined the firm in October 2021 as a legal secretary.
