Sepedi is the managing director and founder of the law firm which was founded in the year 2009. Mr Ledwaba holds an LLB Degree from the University of Limpopo and he was admitted as an Attorney of the High Court of the Republic of South Africa in the year 2007.

He served his articles of clerkship for a period of 2 years wherein he was exposed to personal injury claims against the Road Accident Fund.

He has worked for prestigious organizations such as the Road Accident Fund and the City of Johannesburg and he possesses experience in various fields of law with speciality in personal injury claims.

The Firm has been in successful operation for a period of 13 years and only deals with personal injury claims which includes civil litigation.

Mpho obtained his National N Diploma Financial Management from Ekurhuleni West College in 2013. He worked in both Private and Public sector, gaining experience in Litigation, Supply Chain and Finance. Mpho joined the firm in February 2023 as a Personal Assistant working with Mr Ledwaba and as Compliance Administrator.

Mpho believes “Learning is a treasure that will follow its owner everywhere”.

Mantlhane is an Associate Attorney at Sepedi Ledwaba Attorneys. She has 6 years post admission experience in the legal fraternity. She has an LLB Degree from the University of Johannesburg which she obtained in 2014. Mantlhane begun her legal journey in  2015 when she commenced her articles of clerkship. Upon successful completion of her articles and board exams, she was admitted as an Attorney of the High Court of the Republic of South Africa in 2017. 

She has since been affiliated with various firms and has experience in different spheres of law with core specialization in Personal Injury Claims and Civil Litigation. She has right of Appearance in the Magistrate and High Courts and she possess an Advanced Trial Advocacy, Civil Mediation, Practical Management Training and Legislative Drafting certification which she obtained from the University of Cape Town.

 She joined Sepedi Ledwaba Attorneys as a Professional Assistant in June 2021 and was promoted as an Associate in 2022.

Mahomed joined the firm as a Professional Assistant in March 2023. He has 6 years post admission experience in the legal field with his speciality being personal injury claims. 

He has obtained his LLB degree from the university of South Africa in 2015. He then proceeded with completing his practical legal training with the law society of South Africa for a period of 6 months before commencing with his articles. He was also nominated and selected as the best performer in the course wills and estates at the law society of South Africa. He then wrote all four (4) of his board exams and upon passing them, he was admitted and enrolled as an attorney of the High court of South Africa in 2017 with right of appearance. 

He holds experience in various fields of the law and intends writing his conveyancing and notarial exam. He has also recently successfully  completed his practice management training course. 

Mahomed believes firmly in the saying: “make things easy for people and do not make them difficult, and cheer people up and do not drive them away” – prophet Muhammad (SAW) (PBUH)

Letumile joined the firm in July 2022 as an Administrative officer and later became a Candidate Attorney from November 2022 to date. She obtained her LLB Degree from the University of Limpopo in 2019. She is currently enrolled for the Practical Legal Training course at University of Pretoria.

Letumile is a firm believer of advocacy and being a voice to the voiceless, hence the decision and  passion for Law. She loves charity work and seeks to see unemployment and poverty being eradicated especially in Villages.

Mandisa matriculated in 2010 and holds a National Diploma in Business Administration which she obtained in 2015 from CTI Education Group College and a certificate in Office Administration and Client Care from Law Society of South Africa which she obtained in 2018. She has 5 years litigation experience in the legal industry. Mandisa joined the firm in January 2023 as a Receptionist.

Brenda matriculated in the year 2003 and holds an Entrepreneurship qualification from the University of Limpopo and a Legal Secretary Certificate from the Law Society. She is currently studying Paralegal Studies with Intec College. She has  8 years litigation experience, and she joined the firm in January 2022 as a legal secretary.

Brenda has a special interest in Road Accident Fund matters and ensuring that matters are lodged timeously and accurately.

Philile matriculated in 2017, she went on to further her studies at Tshwane University of Technology where she obtained her National Diploma in Legal Assistance in April 2023. She joined the firm in June 2022 for her experiential learning and was appointed as a Paralegal in 2023. Philile is a committed individual who is very passionate and driven in her work.
